1. Paymantle is not a bank
Paymantle is a financial technology company, not a bank, and does not itself take deposits. Banking, payment and card services are provided by licensed, regulated partner institutions. Funds are safeguarded with those partners and kept separate from our own money. Holding a balance with us is not the same as holding a bank deposit.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on this website or in our communications is investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to use any particular product. You should consider your own circumstances and, where appropriate, take independent advice before making a financial decision.
3. Earn and crypto-asset risk
Earn is available on stablecoin balances only — USDC and USDT — and fiat balances are not eligible. Rates are variable and not guaranteed, and the maximum rate shown applies to a fixed 90-day term. A stablecoin may deviate from its intended value, and you may get back less than you placed. Earn balances are not deposits and are not covered by any deposit-protection or investor-compensation scheme.

Rates, fees and limits shown on this website are current at the time of publication and may change. Balances, transactions and returns used in illustrations are examples only and do not represent an actual account or a promise of future results. The terms shown to you before you confirm a transaction are the ones that apply.
5. Availability by country
Products, currencies, card types and features are not available everywhere, and eligibility depends on your country of residence and the outcome of our verification checks. Descriptions on this website are not an offer to provide a product where we are not authorised to do so.
6. Third parties and links
Parts of the Service are delivered by partner institutions, card issuers and other providers, whose own terms apply. This website may link to sites we do not control; we are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
